Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when you use ClipYourSaaS, a service operated by 2662415 Ontario Inc.. They are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and 2662415 Ontario Inc. ("we", "us"), the company that operates ClipYourSaaS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use ClipYourSaaS on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" means that organization.
2. The service
ClipYourSaaS turns a web app into a demo video. You connect your app and describe the demo you want. Our software plans the demo, drives a real browser inside your app, records it, writes a script and adds voice narration (unless you choose a silent video) and captions (unless you turn them off).
We use AI models to plan, script and check videos. AI output can contain mistakes, so review each video before you publish it. We may change, add or remove features over time.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You need an account to use the service. Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your videos, connected apps and settings live in a workspace. Workspace members can see and work with the workspace content. You are responsible for who you invite and for what happens in your workspaces.
4. Your apps and authority
You may only connect an app that you own or that you are authorized to automate and record. You must have the right to use any account you connect and to record it. You are responsible for any changes made in it, including changes you allow our agent to make.
You sign in with a dedicated demo account, not your personal or administrator login, in our secure browser. Use demo data where you can, and do not give us access to real customer data you are not allowed to share with us.
Demos are view-only by default. You can allow only the changes you describe, or any changes in an account you keep for demos, including permanent ones such as deleting, sending or paying. You can give us a reset link that restores the account before each run; without one, the changes stay and happen several times per video, and undoing them is up to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ClipYourSaaS to record or automate third-party websites or apps that you do not control or are not authorized to use. Do not try to circumvent our security, usage limits or the security of any connected app.
Do not use the service to create or share illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory or harmful content, or content that violates anyone's privacy. Do not attempt to probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
6. Your content and our license to process it
Your content includes your demo descriptions, connected app details, signed-in app sessions, recordings, scripts, narration and videos. You keep all rights to your content.
You give us a limited license to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in section 10. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for us to process your content, including anything shown on screen in your app.
7. Generated videos
As between you and us, you own the videos generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose.
We will only show your videos or app as examples, for instance on our website, with your permission.
8. Credits, payment and free videos
You pay for finished video with prepaid credits, from a monthly plan or a one-time pack on our pricing page. One credit is one minute of finished video, charged to the nearest tenth of a minute. Each video is quoted at its maximum length when you start it: the length you choose, or for "as long as it takes", the most your balance (or what is left today of a key's or assistant's daily cap) pays for, up to 10 minutes. You are never charged more than that quote; a shorter video costs less. A video without narration is charged 25% less. A video with the watermark discount is charged 30% less. Discounts combine, one applying after the other, so a silent video with the watermark discount is charged 47.5% less. A discounted price is rounded up once, to the nearest hundredth of a credit. Taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Monthly plans are subscriptions. A plan is billed in advance and renews automatically every month until you cancel it, and each paid month adds the plan's credits. At each renewal, before the new credits are added, your current plan's unused monthly credits above one month's worth of the plan expire, so you never hold more than two months' worth of your current plan's monthly credits; monthly credits from an earlier plan stay until they expire. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, with no refund for that period, and your credits stay until they expire. An upgrade takes effect at once and is charged pro rata, and it adds the difference in credits between the two plans in proportion to the prorated amount paid; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, where unused monthly credits above one month's worth of the lower plan expire. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it for about two weeks; no credits are added until a payment goes through, and if every retry fails, the plan is cancelled.
Every credit, from a plan or a pack, expires 12 months after it is added. Monthly credits are used first, then one-time credits, and within each the credits closest to expiry go first. Failed videos cost nothing. Cancelling after we've rehearsed your demo costs 0.25 credits. Narration-only and voice-only revisions of a narrated video cost 0.25 credits each; a revision that records again costs per minute, like a new video.
Each workspace gets 3 free videos, at most one per 24 hours, each up to 60 seconds and watermarked. Free videos are also limited per app domain. A workspace with credits always uses credits.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; used credits aren't refundable. If we refund a purchase, the refunded share of its credits is removed from your balance.
We may change plan and pack prices. A change never affects credits you have already bought, and we will tell you before a new price applies to your plan.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Workspace owners can delete their workspaces, and you can delete your account; if you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership or delete that workspace first.
We may suspend or close a workspace or account if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
When a workspace or account is deleted, its content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity, continue to apply.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, a voice narration provider, cloud storage and hosting providers, and an email provider. The current list is in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page.
If you choose to sign in with Google, your use of that sign-in is also subject to Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every video will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing videos before you use them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from your content, the apps you connect, or your breach of these terms, including claims that you were not authorized to automate or record a connected app.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for any dispute relating to these terms or the service, except where the law of your place of residence gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
