How credits work

One credit is one minute of finished video, rounded up to the nearest tenth of a minute: a 45-second video uses 0.8 credits. The landscape, square and vertical versions are all included.

When you start a video, we quote it at its maximum length. You’re never charged more than the quote: a shorter video costs less, and a failed one costs nothing.

Credits expire 12 months after they’re added. We spend monthly credits first, then one-time credits, and within each the ones that expire soonest. The Balance on the Billing page shows your total and when the next credits expire.

Packs and plans

Under Buy credits, choose Monthly or One-time to switch between Monthly plans and One-time packs. Every tier comes both ways:

• Starter: 10 credits for $7.50 a month, or $9 once.
• Builder: 25 credits for $15 a month, or $18 once.
• Studio: 60 credits for $34 a month, or $40 once.
• Scale: 150 credits for $79 a month, or $95 once.

Choose Subscribe for a plan or Buy for a pack. You pay through Stripe, and taxes are added at checkout. A plan adds its credits every month. Monthly credits you don’t use roll over, up to one month’s worth of your plan.

Once you have a plan, its card says Current plan, and Switch on the others opens Manage plan. There you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Upgrades apply at once: you’re charged straight away for the price difference over the rest of the month, and you get the same share of the new plan’s extra credits. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, where your monthly credits are capped at one month’s worth of the lower plan. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and your credits stay until they expire.

Free videos

The Free videos card shows how many of your 3 free videos are left. Each one is up to 60 seconds and carries a small watermark, and you can make one every 24 hours. They’re used only while you have no credits, and only from the dashboard: videos made through the API or an AI assistant are always paid. You also get 3 free videos in all as a person, across every workspace, including ones you’ve since left or deleted. Each app’s domain gets 3 free videos in all, across every workspace.

Receipts and the CSV export

Credit activity lists every plan payment, purchase, video, refund and bonus. Export CSV downloads it as a spreadsheet file. Receipts and invoices opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can download each one.

Referrals

Give 3, get 3: friends who pay for their first purchase or plan get 3 bonus credits, and so do you.

Open Refer a friend at the bottom of the sidebar. Copy link copies Your referral link, or you can share it by email, on X or on LinkedIn. Credits earned shows how many credits your referrals have earned you. You can earn up to 25 referral rewards in any 365 days.
